What a great place!! So clean. The rooms were spacious and had everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Didnt know best western was so good. And for a good price.

Spacious rooms, lovely staff, great atmosphere and value for money. Was able to use the pool at the neighbor hotel. Have stayed at many of the hotels in Sherwood park, would consider staying here again despite the breakfast being very minimal

For the price, it's a good place to rest.

Room and hotel older but super clean. Staff were nice. Tons of restaurants close by. Rec center with pool 5 minutes by car. Only nitpick is parking lot a bit challenging as full with neighbour businesses and take your own pillow.

It was an enjoyable stay. We did an intown getaway and would stay again.

It was a perfectly standard and clean hotel. Its proximity to the airport and the availability of a 24-hour shuttle bus were very convenient. I was able to book the shuttle bus right before boarding.

The staff were wonderful - they went above and beyond their regular duties in finding me a charging cable for my phone. It’s not something that a hotel has at hand. However, the front desk found me one and even offered to let me use theirs! Otherwise, the hotel met expectations as far as room, cleanliness, and amenities were concerned. The onsite restaurant and the airport shuttle ( runs ever 30mins) were a big help.

The room was very large, and immaculate. The staff are 4 star. they were so helpful in helping me with my luggage, both in and out, I would definitely stay here again.

We had seen Kanata hotels throughout our trip in Canada. This was our first time staying at one. The room was so well appointed, and clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. If you are a coffee drinker you'll be in coffee heaven as there is a large coffee bar with multiple options, available 24/7. We only stayed one night but wished we would have had time to stay an extra day and explore a bit more, particularly because the accommodations were so nice. Check in was a breeze, parking...
