"Lovely staff! And the room was always kept clean and replenished with the amenities. Unfortunately, they gave me a room facing the main hall and it can be a bit noisy at times. But other than that I had a pleasant stay!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. I spotted a dead fly on the floor on the first day and remained there throughout our stay despite of requests housekeeping multiple times. All in all it's ok."
