The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. It's a decent hotel with rooms that are usually good and comfortable. The complementary breakfast is tasty. Staff is really helpful and polite. Wifi could be better, but not too bad. Overall, it is good hotel with reasonable price. It is only 20 min by bike from Bagmane tech park during the peak hours. Will definitely recommend it.

It was great. Just that the renovation of the reception was a bummer. The first night we had a bunch of very noisy group of corporate folks right outside our room on the lawns. We should have not been put into that room at all. I am sure there were other rooms in different section available.
