Clean room，staff friendly

Best hotel ever. The staff was exceptional. Top class service. The rooms were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great. Easy to access the north gate. 10/10 would recommend. We will stay here again the next time we visit Lijiang and recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Truly a memorial experience!

What can I say. I loved the hotel and staff. Yang is very helpful and speaks excellent English. He met me on the street where my taxi dropped me off and took me up to the hotel (it is up some stairs) and carried my suitcase for me. He will provide you with a map of Old Town Lijiang and explain how to reach the various locations. We were pleasantly surprised by their hot springs and dinner bbq that they offer. The service is great, we were celebrating our Anniversary during our stay and they made it very memorable with a surprise waiting for us in our room. A very memorable stay and a place I would recommend to our friends and to anyone looking to relax whilst in Xishuangbanna.
