"Breakfast was terrible. Food we ordered was completely burnt and inedible. Room and property was generally clean. The blinds in the room let a lot of light through and pillows are big and hard. We were in one of their large suites but surprisingly the bathroom was small and one small sink."

"While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests. Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel. "

"Rooms Are Super Clean, the Hotel itself looks Brand New unless it was recently renovated. The Location is perfect its a Very Safe Area and about 20mins-40mins from el Centro (Zocalo) Puebla. Depends on the time of your commute… You have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Its a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this Location.
