"The hotel was wonderful. The staff is the best part. The dining onsite is good. The area outside is very crowded and not safe to just walk around and site see. You will get robbed or rundown if you are not careful. Take taxi’s and watch out. But the hotel was lovely. Easy to get tours etc. "

"At check-in the receptionist requestedmy wife's identification card, bathroom supplies were absent (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper) and no slippers were supplied as usual. There were very strict rules about visitors and the security deposit was unusually high for one night (3000)!"

"No one was in front desk except a big roach greeted us. Air condition was not working and we were asked if the electric fan was enough. We said no so we got moved to another room and it was the same condition. I was told that they were accessible 24 hours. I’ve called several times and no one picked up the phone nor called me back except at check out time was the only time they returned the call. I would not recommend adding this to Expedia website. It was HORRIBLE!! "
