"El hotel es nuevo, bien equipado, solo para ir en auto porq si bien hay tram, esta lejos del centro y en zona industrial. Estuvimos en un primer piso ( sin ascensor) pero de facil acceso, el personal, amable. Está en una zona silenciosa. El desayuno( no incluido) esta bastante bien"

You can nitpick issues with the rooms if you really want to, but you're not looking at renting a room here because you want the best of the best, right? You just want something cheaper that you can stay in for a night or two, and this fulfilled that role nicely."

"Guten Tag, es hat mir soweit gut gefallen und ich habe da ich morgens schon sehr früh zum Flugafen musste den Schlüssel aof den Schlüsselsafe "13"gelegt.
Der Taxifahrer kam schon um 4.50 Uhr .
Dann konnte ich den Schlüsell nicht wieder in die Box legen ,deshalb auf auf die kleine Box gelegt...sorry.."

"Location was a short 10 minute walk via a lengthy pedestrian walk thru. Lots of restaurants and shops along the way. Transportation is right outside of hotel. Staff is friendly, especially housekeeping."

"Extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Schönes Badezimmer. Alles sehr gepflegt. Zimmergrößen scheinen recht unterschiedlich zu sein (EZ). Sehr angenehme Frühstücksatmosphäre, gute Qualität mit Smoothies etc. Einziges kleines Minus die Aufbackbrötchen. Super Lage, wenn man nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen möchte. "

Wifi en habitación no funciona (estaba en el primer piso solamente), Si se pretende ser un hotel economico para viajeros de negocios es un inconveniente no disponer de WiFi en la habitación."

"The reception was good, the people in charge AMAZING I would just suggest paying attention to the details like I was given an empty box which should have had personal cleaning stuff inside and the tissues box was also almost empty. Also the TV didn't have Netflix as suggested (I think due to the WiFi signal strength) but these are minor things I could have fixed just by asking. Breakfast was good and location for public transportation too. For Essen Messe the location isn't fast to get to unless...

It is decorated in the old style and when we stayed it was Easter time and they’d decorated in a cute and playful way
There is good room in the rooms and a great, renovated bathroom and nice common areas where you can sit with colleagues
