"1st rate hotel. This was my second time staying here. Will always stay here when I'm visiting Jacksonville. Rooms are really clean, towels are plentiful and thick, bed and pillows comfortable with decent bed linens. Great breakfast with good variety. Professional staff with pleasing personalities. There are lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby. Nothing fancy, just a great place to stay."

"Hotel staff was great. The beds were great and room nice but hallways and room need painting as beat up due to workers staying there The only issue is horrible showers took 8 minutes to get warm water."
