"This is a very clean and well maintained hotel right on the beach with all of the usual amenities you would expect. There was a clean pool area, fire pit, delicious free coffee, a very good breakfast with a large room, and spectacular views of the Atlantic. There are restaurants within walking distance and many pedestrian upgrades along the main route to make it safe to cross. The beach is still recovering from severe storm damage and beach erosion so don’t try to drive on the beach unless you have reliable four-wheel-drive and some fortitude. The neighborhood across the street is runnable and safe. This appears to be a great place to bring a family as there were many families with young children that we saw while we were there. We’ll be back."

"This hotel has a fantastic location, a great vibe, great decor, lots of potential. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. The Salty Rim restaurant and lounge area was nice but we had to clean a table off every time we went. The pool was so cold, it was unusable. The weather was unusually cold but they had no contingency plan for chilly spells, the answer was just to say "it's chilly". And we found out that the pool in a new property is unheated, definitely an oversight. Our housekeeping was our biggest concern. One room was serviced once and the other room zero. We ran out of toilet paper, kleenex, and towels in both rooms. We asked at the front desk and they called housekeeping but never really acknowledged us, just looking up when we came to the desk, heard us, made the call, and went on to other things. It was odd. Housekeeping came to our first room and handed us supplies to restock the room ourselves. In the second room, they left a new kleenex box beside the old one, towels on the unmade bed and walked past overflowing garbage pails left in plain sight. Having stayed at many margaritaville properties, we know this is not standard. Great location with a lot of potential if they can sort out the staffing and housekeeping issues."

"The room we were in was not inviting. #830 tub water handle come off, toilet barely flushed, windows so dirty you couldn't see anything, the tv had a 10sec delay between channels, and the ac wouldn't change temps to warm up the room. The valet cost more per day than the parking garage across the street,was never informed about self parking not being available until it was too late. And the food was way to expensive "

"Very happy with my stay. I stayed in an oceanfront suite with balcony, great ac , very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the view, staff was friendly and hotel in very safe area and walking distance to restaurants and local shops. I’m definitely going back. "
