"The Royal Albert is very centrally located, right in the heart of Brisbane. It is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The room was very large and well appointed. There was a washer/dryer in the room, which was a plus. There was also a mini-fridge and microwave. However, internet connectivity was not good. The internet was very slow, and sometimes not available. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. "

"HORRIBLE. I arrived and there was no key, I had wait half an hour and picked up from a mailbox. Then the key did not open so I had to wait again to get a person to open it. Then I arrived to breakfast 5 min late and they did not give it to me. Then the room was noisy, beds very unconfortable an wifi very week"

"The hotel is very nice all the services are very good except the room cleaning, the cleaner DID NOT clean the bathroom: bath tub, shower room , bathroom sink, toilet, even the trash drop on the floor they didn’t even pick it up, they came folding the bed, takeout the trash, that’s about all, the cleaning definitely needs to be improved. Besides that every else is very good. A good 5 star hotel."

"Do not stay at this Hotel. I had to fly urgently for family matters, from Barcelona, so a long haul flight in an aerial sardine can, the reviews for the View were good and the location was convenient. I got room 205 which was pleasantly located on top of the highway, just metres from roaring trucks and ambulances. There was no double or triple glazing so it felt like I was sleeping by traffic lights (the fact was sleep was impossible). The room should have been used as a storeroom, but yet, $180 to lye in a bed and listen to traffic whizzing by. I should have slept in a park! Woeful Hospitality experience!"
