I spent a week in this hotel and can honestly say I found every single part of my stay way above my expectations. The staff were wonderful and the room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. I enjoyed the convenience of having a laundry virtually opposite my room and the $25 buffet breakfast was excellent.

Our evening check in staff was very helpful orienting us to the carpark, local eateries and convenience store, they also provided fresh cookies when we discovered an open half empty packet in the room. The complimentary fruit on the check in desk was a nice touch. The room was comfortable, although more dated than it appeared online. The morning check in staff could have given better directions to the South Bank cafes, unfortunately we got a bit lost and only succeeded in finding closed restaurants. Overall we had a pleasant stay, the local kebab shop has probably the best takeaway chips and kebabs, the local Vietnamese bakery was good and the neighbouring Fables cafe was a great brunch location.

Great location with available restaurants just outside. Walking distance to everything. The gym was great. Staff were also helpful. Shout out to Danny who checked us in swiftly and remembered our names, making us feel at home. High professional and helpful team. Thank you. I’d be back again!! Oh and love the free beverage machine, got a coffee everyday as we headed out!

We had a great stay here. Our family suite was a big size - perfect for the 4 of us. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet. Having the laundry facilities was a big plus and the staff were all really friendly. We would stay here again - the proximity to everything was brilliant with only 10 minutes to walk to Southbank

The property was in an ideal location to cater for an upcoming surgery at nearby hospital. The spa bath was more of an inconvenience, given we had elderly family who found it almost impossible to access. The room was clean enough although kitchen utensils could do with a really good clean. Staff friendly and helpful, especially with the logistics of parking which is awkward on check out. Great food outlets and other retailers nearby. We would use again.
