They provided recommendations and helped us select activities that are affordable but still allowed us to see the city and the multiple beautiful areas around Beirut.
Mira and Joseph were very welcoming
The dining staff was also wonderful and made us feel welcome every morning
The cleaning team was amazing.

"Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. "

"Nothing unique, too expensive comparing with the service and pleasure ,you have to pay extra for the breakfast , the children could not swim in the sea , as the beach is all rocky ,the chalet is dangerous for kids to sleep on the roof shed and for the adults . "

"The place is magical. Scenery is beautiful. The only downside is that the food is not so great although breakfast was excellent. Initially we had planned to explore the area, like visiting Der El Kamar and the Barouk Cedar reserve. We opted to stay in Bkerzay the three days we were there."
