very unclean

We stayed for 3 nights, The hotel was not clean and they did not clean the room on the first morning, when asked about it they said we should've asked for them to clean it. The room needs maintenance. very bad choice for a stay

What a terrible experience! We checked all reviews before checking in and everyone mentionned that it is a 4 stars hotel (still wondering how could that happen). Having a pub on the second floor of the hotel deprived us from sleeping during our stay. On the first night, my husband asked for some restaurants brochures and not only they did not have any but they also refused to help us, to force us eat at their restaurant which did not have any varieties, especially that my husband is vegan. But the most disturbing experience of all was being woken at 6:30 in the morning by a woman—clearly not a guest—who had mistaken our room number and offered her services to my husband. An hour later, we heard her screaming down the hallway after what seemed to have been an unpleasant encounter. This was beyond the worse hotel we've ever been even when we went to a 3 stars hotel.

Considering the sever hardship the country is going through, this hotel is still managing to survive while other businesses couldn’t. I do recommend this hotel and wish it to flourish back soon.

les déchets partout autour, odeurs de poubelles, moustiques dans la chambre, eau chaude qui n’existe pas, eau qui coule du bol de toilette, service nul, internet intermittent, service aux chambres vient sans masque, et c’est tous des syriens. à nullement commandé

On the plus side, very friendly staff and a reasonable condition for the rooms. On the negative side, the location of the hotel is not optimal if you want to get to Beirut because of traffic. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but the walk is not pleasant because of the local traffic condition and lack of good sidewalks.

Ihan muuten hyvä hotelli mutta kun en itse polta niin tupakointi aulatiloissa ja ravintolan puolella oli inhottavaa. Läheisen kirkon kellot herättää kyllä varmasti ennen klo 8.00(huone oli korkon puolella),mutta ihan ok hotelli tuohon hintaan.

I booked a room for 2 adults and one 3 yrs old child. They didn't provide a baby bed. I had to request it and paid 15 dollars per night for that. They gave me a different room than the one I booked. They say they upgrade to deluxe but the room was standards or less than. Bath tub doesn't have a foot-lock. couldn't use it. When I checked out, receptionist and manager tried to charge me one extra night due to system error they've that shows 4 nights. But it's a simple calculation and a common sense Aug 11 to 14 is 3 nights. I had to show them expedia voucher!!

Hotellet är i dålig skick samt läget är dålig också ger den endast två sjärnor, jag o fru lämnade hotellet samma dag vi anlände dit trots att vi betalade för 13 nätter, checkade in på Palm Beach hotell i Beirut istället , rekommenderar ej denna hotell. Gabriel, Stockholm

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war atemberaubend und einzigartig ein Urlaubserlebniss vom aller feinsten. Die Mitarbeiter bemühen sich stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste und das merkt man auch als Gast. Die Hotelzimmer waren jeden Tag sehr sauber man merkt das dass Zimmer mehrmals kontrolliert wird bevor es besucht wird auch das Essen war fantastisch. Bei meinem nächsten Libanon Urlaub bin ich aufjedenfall nochmal da. Vielen Dank für euren super Service und eure Gastfreundschaft bis zum nächsten mal.

It is a good value for money in general but I could not sleep for the two nights because of noise from parties in the same hotel until 3 AM or more. Also the AC unit is noisy but I needed for 1 night only.

It is clear at one time this hotel may have been grand but it is average now. I was disappointed in the location and quality of the food. The room was basic but fine. I selected the hotel based on past reviews but it did not live up to that standard. I certainly would not return to this property.
