Minha experiência foi insatisfatória. No primeiro dia, apareceu uma barata no meu quarto e até o último momento tentei falar com um responsável e ele nunca estava disponível, por conta do horário. Nunca resolveram nada do quarto. Além disso, sempre com mau cheiro e a limpeza não era a melhor. O ar condicionado fazia um barulho HORRÍVEL. E olha que não sou de me incomodar com barulhos, mas ele atrapalhava bastante!

telefone do quarto desligado e não avisaram no chek in - sem toalhas de mao - sem toalhas de piso - não avisaram que a agua quente pode levar ate 20 min para esquentar - com todo este quadro pegamos o telefone para ligar e não funcionava. tivemos que descer e ao reclamar da água para o senhor da recepção( o resto eram meninas e muito simpaticas) este me disse que deveria controlar a mistura com os registros!!!!!!!!! inaudito, se a agua não esquenta sem ligar a fria vamos misturar o que? E terminou então dizendo que " amanha" enviaria alguem para olhar. era so ter me dito que pode demorar basatnte dependendo da hora de pico. Enfim voces tem que melhorar, avisar no check in das possiveis falhas se estao em reforma

Não havia toalhas de rosto. Ao pedir, veio apenas uma. O piso não foi limpo diariamente. A caldeira estragou e ficamos um dia sem água quente. Elevadores antigos, não inteligentes (para em todos os andares para apanhar pessoas que já foram pelo outro elevador), demora muuuito. Bom café da manhã, mas muito cheio.

Já havia me hospedado no hotel anteriormente e, em nenhuma das vezes, tive quaisquer problemas mas dessa vez tive uma péssima experiência. O quarto que me colocaram estava com muito mofo no teto e nas paredes; toalhas velhas, roupa de cama suja. Em uma das noites entraram no meu quarto. Fui até a recepção reclamar e justificaram que possivelmente o hóspede se equivocou quando informou o quarto ao levar o cartão para magnetizar e que a equipe que estava na recepção naquela noite era nova e sem experiência.
