Great location in the centre of Harrogate. My room was large and clean. Pillows were too hard, though. I had an issue with one of the beds and the gentleman on reception in the evening was very helpful and friendly. I had reserved a parking space (£15pn), which is a good job as it was full. Breakfast was very average. I would consider staying here again if the price was right.
