This hotel is well situated, with a reasonably priced multi-story car park just steps away. We did have a slight problem with our first room and the staff went out of their way to resolve the issue. The hotel itself has lovely decor and a luxurious feel. All staff members we met were friendly and professional. We would stay here again.

6/10 Bueno

Stayed in the apartment which wasn’t cleaned very well and was a few faulty areas that needed maintenance and was very noisy in both bedrooms .. could do with double glazing and the Back bedroom has what sounded like a boiler making noise all evening .

We always enjoy staying here- the rooms are so clean and the beds are really comfortable with good quality sheets My favourite room is the Stray suite as it has a seating area overlooking the stray and a huge bed

An excellent hotel 10 minutes walk to the centre of Harrogate. The room was a good size and was spotless, with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, we sat in the window overlooking "The Stray". Parking was separate but right next to the hotel and wasn't expensive. A great choice!!

Lovely hotel in a perfect location, staff were friendly and welcoming, easy fast check-in, lovely outdoor food and drinks court. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and staff had popped a bottle of fizz and a lovely card in our room which was a lovely touch

8/10 Muy bueno

It took a while to find a comfortable table for a drink in the evening as the chair or table was rocking, the spot light was in your eyes or too close to people passing by. And the music choice was a bit too loud for us, not relaxing kind...

Well placed for Harrogate city centre and multi Storey at the back which is very useful. Staff friendly, food excellent. Had a dinner and breakfasts for our 4 night stay. They’ve furnished the restaurant with high quality stuff and the food meets that standard well. Not that expensive. The man who manages breaky has plenty of character which we like, got on well with him and he added to the experience. Nice guy. Reception are lovely, bar staff too. Will return to stay here well worth it.

I did not like the fact that while I did not book with free breakfast, I was still charged for my coffees in the restaurant. You would think someone staying in one of the Penthouse suites would at least get free coffee in the restaurant.

Very good hotel within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Harrogate. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the main menu looked really good and the bar area was large and inviting. There is also an outdoor bar area at the rear of the hotel which was lovely. Only issue is parking - there is a multi storey car park at the rear of the hotel but the purchasing arrangements are not very well displayed. You need to purchase a ticket on entry and not pay when you leave
