The best hotel we ever stayed in
We have been to many countries and stayed in amazing 5 star hotels but nothing compares to Iliana, not because they are a 6 star hotel but because we were treated like family and that is priceless.
During our 15 day stay both Andreas and Eleftheria revealed to be the kindest people we have encountered in our trips by far. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is amazing, the pool is beautiful, everything is very quiet and it's 2 min away from the beach so in terms of facilities I would still give the highest points in those aspects but what you can't really put into numbers is the honesty, kindness and genuine affection that these people have for their hosts (we later found out that there are people who repeat the stay every year, some of them have been repeating the stay for over 10 years now and it's understoodable why).
The level of attention to detail is such that we told them that we loved the spinach pie they have in the breakfast buffet and when we came back we had 4pies in our room with a card written in Spanish (our language) saying "we thought of you and we know you will enjoy them". You only get this type of treatment from your mother!
Don't think twice, this is THE place to stay in Panormo.
