Equipe de funcionários muito cordial, bom atendimento na recepção e funcionários atuantes no café da manhã muito gentis. A localização do Hotel é ótima, próximo às lojas e restaurantes centrais e Rua Coberta. Café da manhã satisfatório e bom serviço de estacionamento. Já a conservação de partes do Hotel deixa muito a desejar. Os corredores do primeiro andar do Bloco A estão com carpetes em péssimas condições de conservação. Sala de jogos com carpetes e com cheiro insuportável de mofo. O quarto tinha uma iluminação péssima e as cobertas um aspecto sujo.

O ponto negativo do hotel foi o cheiro muito forte de mofo na área kids. Assim que você sai do elevador já dá pra sentir o cheiro muito forte. Nosso quarto também estava, mas solicitamos a troca e fomos prontamente atendidos. O estacionamento é cobrado, na hora da reserva não aparece essa informação. Pontos positivos: Área Kids enorme com monitores. Quarto grande para 4 pessoas.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, com estacionamento privativo pago separadamente, café da manhã excelente e área de lazer infantil muito acima da média. O playground é enorme e com várias atividades, ponto super positivo. O detalhe que incomodou foi a umidade excessiva no quarto e o cheiro de mofo, o ar condicionado também não funcionou direito e não ajudou na climatização. Voltaria a me hospedar, com ressalvas em relação ao quarto.
