Refrigerator and safe in room did not work. Even though the issues were reported staff answered items were under maintenance. Never emptied garbage cans during a 4 day stay. Cob web in the bathroom corner never cleaned. Shower leaked out to the tiled floor. Pleasant staff, delicious food.

Always one of the better places to stay in Trujillo, especially in the summer heat because they have a/c and two pools. Breakfast is good with good service. The room has a refrigerator, good beds, a safe, hot water, nice bathroom.

Over all its ok hotel. Terrible part was, the frint desk lady messed up the entries and during checkout we were made to pay additional taxes. Hotel said its their mistake but couldnt reverse the entries as the system didnt allow. Be careful durinf checkin as the hotel reception might screw up things

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the alarms kept sounding all hours of the day and night from the business next door (Wong). Also, I asked the hotel management to repair the non-working lockbox in my room, but they never did. The room lacked a number of amenities like coffee maker, ice bucket, microwave, and iron and ironing board.

Zaten eerst verkeerd in 3 bedden kamer. Volgende dag opgelost. Alles werd erg schoon gehouden. De kamer was erg goed, de tweede keer toen we terugkwamen, was de kamer wat donkerder. Personeel was behulpzaam met tips over strand in Piementel. Het straalde iets van rust en status uit.

la experiencia fue buena. El trato muy cordial. La habitación podría mejorar. El drenaje del lavatorio de manos pasaba lento y había pintura descascarada en la pared producto de humedad que debería ser repintada. Pero en general, la habitación muy cómoda y el trato muy cordial. El desayuno de muy buena calidad y variedad.

Two nice pools, and great breakfast buffet. Nice room with comfortable bed. Location was fairly quiet, behind Wong's and near many restaurants. Also close to big intersection for micros and a 25 minute walk to Plaza.
