The staff were very friendly and welcoming, including the lobby personnel and cleaning staff, but especially Paul Sims, the maintenance man who helped us when my car wouldn’t start. He went out of his way to help us jumpstart and wouldn’t accept a tip. Thank you! Regarding the hotel, it’s what you’d expect and mostly comfortable. I think it was overpriced but it’s the holidays. Also, there is a fair amount of noise as if it’s not well insulated. The beds were comfy but the room has no dresser or closet but there is a rack to hang clothes and a surface for baggage. Also you can hear everything from the bathroom and sometimes the hot water didn’t work from the sink faucet. The shower was nice. The lobby and outdoor patio are very nice. We didn’t eat but they have complimentary Starbucks coffee.
