Nice apart-hotel in Westlake. Very recommended
My wife, 3 months baby and me stayed four nights during a long weekend. We choose the area because we had some business to attend nearby, but we would probably stay there even if going somewhere else. There are many cafes, restaurants, markets, even Lotte Mall, in the vicinity of the lake, although most of them are at a good walk distance, they have taxis at the hotel entrance and a shuttle bus to take you to certain places (with a fixed schedule)
Somerset does a great job with keeping good standards in their properties.
Although the building looks old, it is clean a maintained. The rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette and appliances, fridge, laundry machine (drying option didn't work well though), hair drier, iron, etc. they have enough storage and space to hold a small family comfortably.
The hotel has a nice Japanese restaurant with decent prices and good food, a large pool, children area (Indoor and outdoor) and a small gym.
I will definitely stay there again when going to Hanoi!
