Excellent location in the Centro area. Close to restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. A 15 minute walk from the ADO bus terminal. A very clean, spacious room with a kitchenette. The bed a pillows were very comfortable. Strong wifi. Two complaints: 1) The rooms have windows which open onto an inner stairwell. I found that noise transmission between units was bothersome at times, particularly via the stairwell. The kitchenette is great, with a refrigerator and microwave. However, it lacked pots and pans for cooking, microwave containers for heating food, and basics like tea towels for drying dishes after washing them.

I had a great suite in this well-located, clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good hot water. First time I've had an Alexa-enabled hotel room to control AC and some lights! Careful with the slick tiles in the bathroom. Great place overall. (No elevator)

Lo positivo: El hotel muy bonito, muy bien ubicado. La habitación muy cómoda, incluso con cocineta, microondas, refrigerador y cosas básicas de cocina. Tiene una cafetería del propio hotel justo al lado, lo cual está muy práctico. Lo malo: El aire acondicionado está solo en la recámara, por lo que el resto de la habitación está súper caliente. Otro tema a mejorar: el servicio, el personal no es muy amable y no tiene la mejor disposición No pidas los paninis de la cafetería de al lado, están muy mal servidos
