A well positioned home from home, close to Carcassonne Medieval City for a fantastic price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was spotless, quiet and in a great place. Just over the road a street behind the main road is a lovely row of restaurants and bars, very chic. Access to the City is also very accessible, just across the bridge, 10 mins. Perfect 👌. Don't forget your swimmers cos there's also a lovely pool. The car park is secure and gated too.

A lovely spacious, well equipped one bedroom apartment with a balcony. There was also a welcome note on the door and orange juice and water in the fridge for me. The swimming pool downstairs was an added bonus, and the building was close to the castle.

The room was very clean and had everything advertised. My only concern was the inability to get the aircon doing what I wanted, no instructions!! Reception was a bit hit and miss when trying to ask about things. I never found the wireless password. However, I would stay again.

Spent one evening at Résidence Carmina with our German Shepherd. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Quality linens. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the secure parking, inner courtyard and just a short walk to the medieval city of Carcasonne.

The apartment perfectly situated; within an easy walk to Carcassonne Castle. It is about 10 mins walk from the market squares and restaurants. Across the road from the accommodation is a street full of restaurants and cafes. There were craft stalls Fridays during August. At the end of this street you can walk over the old footbridge to the main town. Carcasonne is an ideal base from which to explore the Occitanie region. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and excellent value with integral A/C, balcony, secure free parking, EV charging point and towels provided. The kitchen was well equipped apart from not having a cook’s knife or cafeteria to brew our own coffee. Staff were excellent and spoke English. Breakfast and dinner are offered on site for an additional price. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful apartment, everything new and modern ...fridge and kitchen, large bathroom. . Lovely balcony, and the hotel has an elevator. Very close, short walk to the medieval Cite and the restaurants of Rue Trivalle. Note that this is a Seniors residence, nice snd quiet. Front desk staff very helpful when arranging for a taxi.

A really lovely place to stay - in the shadow of the castle itself which was a 10 minute walk away. It was more an apartment than a hotel room, with fridge/freezer, sink, living area and two separate bedrooms. Be aware that it was initially difficult to find because the rooms are within a retirement home and the facilities within our room clearly supported assisted living. Staff very friendly!

Excellent place to stay in Carcassonne

The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.

This is primarily an assisted living facility. The entrance was locked before we arrived and it was necessary to call security to let us in. No one spoke English. Breakfast was available for the residents but not for the guests as was dinner. There were no local restaurants except for a pizza takeout across the street. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The location is a ten minute walk from the medieval city walls.

The location was great and the room was large. The balcony was pleasant, and overlooked a courtyard. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no sharp knife, sieve/colander, dishcloth or tea towel and there was only one pan and one frying pan. There is a hot plate and a grill/microwave oven. We had to buy washing up liquid and toilet roll for our 2 night stay, which is a bit annoying, but sufficient hand soap and shower gel were provided. Parking was very secure.

I have a wonder stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. This is in a senior home. Staff might need to assist them first. Other than that, it's not different than an apartment hotel. I will definitely stay again. The hotel is very quiet. Room is clean and big. Kitchen has all the cooking equipment and dishes. Instruction is very clear. Location is great. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the castle. Plenty of restaurants about 2 blocks away. I walked up to the castle twice (one in the afternoon and one in the evening). It's beautiful and quick. I couldn't find a grocery shop nearby. You might want to pick up the grocery in the old town before heading to the hotel.
