Minha estadia foi muito agradável. O estabelecimento se destaca pela excelente limpeza, tanto dos apartamentos quanto das áreas comuns. As piscinas também estavam sempre muito limpas e bem cuidadas, proporcionando um ambiente agradável para os hóspedes. O café da manhã é muito bom, com variedade e produtos de qualidade. Também gostaria de destacar a presteza, a cordialidade e a atenção de todos os funcionários, que fizeram a diferença durante a hospedagem. Como sugestão de melhoria, senti falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha no apartamento, como pratos, copos também e de um esterilizador/secadora de roupas para uso dos hóspedes ao chegar da praia ou na piscina. Esses itens tornariam a experiência ainda mais completa. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência e certamente voltarei.

Quarto super espaçoso e limpo, funcionários atenciosos e solicitos, ar condicionado funcionando normalmente e limpo, café da manhã é muito bom, a única ressalva que tenho e sobre o tamanho do espaço onde é servido o café da manhã, poderia ser um pouco maior, pois são muitos hospedes, mais isso é somente um detalhe, no geral tudo foi nota 10.

Lugar maravilhoso. Tudo muito limpo, café da manhã espetacular. Bem perto da praia do Cupe e de muro alto. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Só tenho uma sugestão de melhoria e que troquem o produto que é limpado o chão dos quartos, pois o que é passado hoje deixa o chão grudando. Mas isso não atrapalha em nada.

O resort é fantastico . Os quartos sao espaçosos e todos contem uma cana de casal enorme , uma cama de solteiro e uma cama auxiliar . A estadia foi tranquila, porém tiveram alguns detalhes que não gostamos, como por exemplo o tamanho da cama, era bem pequena para um casal e não conseguimos dormir muito bem por conta disso. E o outro probleminha era em relação a limpeza, sempre quando limpavam deixam o piso molhado, e com isso meu marido quase caiu por não saber quando entrou no quarto a primeira vez. Mas fora isso foi tudo muito bom! café da manhã nota 1000, e os funcionários são todos simpáticos e solícitos.

Eu gostei do resort, as piscinas são ótimas. pontos que podem melhorar: 1-atendimento dos garçons é mto demorado. pedir qualquer coisa a eles é ter que esperar 40min ou mais; 2-café da manhã é bem ok, tem até alguma variedade, mas a qualidade não é premium, passa longe até; 3- Na sexta-feira foi ofertado um jantar 'especial', tinha que pagar 130 adiantados para reservar. Fiz isso. Na hora do jantar foi filas e filas para se servir e falta do camarão na moranga, foi bem constrangedor. Mas enfim. é um resort nova 7.00!! Em muro alto já fui no nannai, beach class, marulhos ... e são melhores.
