Só algumas sugestões: no bloco A ,pelo que vi, acomodam famílias grandes e com crianças pequenas (nosso caso) e esse bloco vai de encontro com a rua lateral onde tem bastante barulho, ônibus, bozinas, caminhões dando ré, não se pode descansar bem. Academia sugiro colocar relógio e balança.

Vou colocar o meu ponto negativo do Hotel Ocaporã, quando vi no YouTube num vídeo que falam que tem chopeira em diversos lugares mais a maioria estavam quente de duas chopeira só tinha uma bica que saia chopp as outras 3 só ar e falam que tem geladeira com cervejas a vontade isso tem ,só que vc não pega no freezer como diz,vc pedi o funcionario do bar ele abre as latas e entrega a vc e a maioria das vez como eu só tomo cerveja se tiver bem gelada prá mim foi um absurdo pagar o que eu paguei e tomar cervejas bem frescas com o calor que faz,eles do Ocaporã eles tinha que ter um frigorífico para colocar os barris do chopp e os fardos das latinhas prá ficarem bem geladas, e a comida também não é grandes coisa,na hora do café deveria ter nos pães, nos bolos, nos pães boces e outras comidas que ficam expostas alguma proteção oor causas das moscas que é um absurdo prlo valor que eles cobram deixa muito adsejar eu não volto mais, só se for de graça, pagando não.

Tivemos uma experiência excelente! O que mais se destacou foi o conforto do quarto, muito limpo e organizado. A pia do banheiro estava entupida desde a nossa chegada, porém como passamos a maior parte do tempo fora, isso não comprometeu de forma significativa a estadia. Alguns funcionários se destacaram pela atenção, educação e carinho com todos especialmente Pricila, Ícaro e Gerlan (bares) e isso fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Como sugestão, acreditamos que o atendimento possa ser ainda mais acolhedor e igualitário entre argentinos e brasileiros já basta a rivalidade no futebol . Também seria interessante estender um pouco as festas noturnas, pois encerrar às 22h é um horário em que muitos hóspedes ainda estão começando a aproveitar a noite. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos!

Foi minha segunda vez no hotel e a primeira vez foi excelente, tanto que voltei. Mas desta vez foi péssima a experiência. O quarto era limpo mas a cama não estava em boas condições. Equipe de funcionários alguns bem treinados e educados, outros muito mal educados. Principalmente os dos bares e piscinas. As geladeiras com bebidas era trancadas. Terrível, como um ALL inclusive tranca as geladeiras? Não voltarei.

Funcionários grosseiros, um ou outro respondia com educação, camas ruins, limpeza dos quartos mal feitas, as crianças ficavam escorregando no chão oleoso, bebidas em geral quentes (tanto refrigerantes, coco, quanto cervejas). Cervejas não ficam disponíveis para o hóspede pegar, precisa pegar fila todas as vezes. Piscinas com cheiro forte de cloro e pareciam que não eram aspiradas diariamente, muita areia no fundo. Perde muito em qualidade para outros resorts all inclusive.
