We requested a room with 2 beds and got a room with only one bed which was a disaster. A request was made to check the reservation and provide the room as per the booking. The reservation clerk did not follow up on the request. Instead we were asked if he could charge extra for incidental charges.
The room was much smaller too and not as per the reservation made.
We got only one room key at the check in counter which was an inconvenience. The room key also provided access to the elevators and even when one of us had to use the lobby or the dining area, we both had to get out of the room.As we had only one key it could either provide power to the room or can be used to access the elevators.
We will never stay here again.
