The property manager(s) responded to our inquiries promptly and they were very helpful.
On fhe positive side, the apartment itself is overall good. The bedroom is small but the bed is comfortable. Having Netflix and high speed Internet keeps you entertained and able to work remotely. Full-sized fridge, oven, stove all functioned well and made our stay more pleasant.
On the negative side, the build quality of the building leaves something to be desired though. Windows are not well insulated. It is drafty and cold even in October. Also, even on such a high floor, you can hear considerable consistent street noise and police/ambulance/firetruck sirens several times day and night.
Also, the building is very high traffic. There is a constant flux of people in the lobby and elevators are always busy.
We stayed in this area because we had to. But, if we had no good reason, we would never stay in this noisy and potentially unsafe neighborhood.
