Hotellet har varit med ett tag och det känns. Helt ok, men spa-delen skulle behöva lite kärlek. Regnduschmunstycken som inte regnar rakt ner, enkla vita duschdraperier, inte bemannat spa och avstängda bastus. Delvis funktionellt, men den lyxiga känslan som bilderna visar stämmer inte med verkligheten.

Mycket hundvänligt. Hundkorg, mat/vattenskålar, hundgodis Bekvämt rum, bra storlek. Först besvikelse då jag ringde strax före ankomst och fick besked att restaurangen inte vsr tillgänglig, abonerad.Vi hade sett fram mot middagen, en vana när vi bor på hotellet på väg till eller från Jämtland. En vänlig kvinnlig receptionist sade dock vid incheckningen att vi kunde få mat till rummet men att det kunde dröja 1,5 timma beroende på den stora arrangemanget i matsalen. Vi köpte lite chips för att hålla hungern borta men efter 20 minuter ringde receptionisten och meddelade att maren vsr på väg. Tack för det! Och bra stt rummet var så välmöbletat att det var trevligt att äta där

Personalen var toppen, inte minst de tre vi hann möta i receptionen, de var så rara, restaurangen hade riktigt god mat på kvällen, den genuina själen finns där men hotellet, hotellet är nött och slitet, allt borde rustas upp för att ens närma sig några fler stjärnor. De förtjänar inte i närheten av fyra stjärnor i dagens skick.

Väldigt smidig incheckning. Ok rum. Kunde varit bättre städat, väldigt dammigt på sina ställen. Värmen under all kritik, rummet var svinkallt när vi kom. Vi drog upp värmen, resultatet blev att det fortfarande var svinkallt när vi skulle somna men alldeles för varmt mitt i natten. Värmen borde vara rätt när gästen kommer.
