This hotel was ok. First impressions were disappointing - I am not a high end luxury type but the hotel looked shabby and basic. A few suggestions for improvement... On arrival I asked about the swimming pool and was told that was extra. I said that I had known the spa was extra but that it had not been clear that the pool was in the spa. Looking back at their info now it does say that clearly but I am not convinced it was like that when I booked or I would not have booked as pool was a priority for me. Equally, listing kettle and coffee making to me suggests two different things so I expected - as in most superior rooms these day - to have a basic coffee maker. Instead there were two sachets of nescafe instant. The safe also did not work so had to get a maitenance person to fix and he also had to fix the door lock. Not the greatest start but also not the end of the world. Overall the hotel was very adequate and basics all fine. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice shower, suprisingly quiet given it was on a busy main streeet. Food was pleasant - nothing exciting but perfectly tasty. Only small point, no dessert at dinner. Does not need to be a high end gateau - a piece of fruit or small yoghurt would have been nice. Most positive were the staff who were mostly extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Overall - good basic hotel for a functional stay - less so for more of a relax and unwind experience.

Andra vistelsen här och tyvärr kändes det som att utvecklingen gått åt en negativ riktning senaste året. Maten som ingick i kvällsbuffen (som bestod av kött, ris, potatisgratäng och grönsaker samt tomatsoppa) var inte toppen. Inga alternativ till barn alls. Stort plus dock att personalen ordnade med lite kex och pålägg istället. Väldigt trevlig personal överlag! Rummen är stora och rymliga. Fräscha och fina. Synd att ett tidigare strömavbrott fått hela nedre planet nedstängt. Där är rummen onekligen bäst att bo i för en barnfamilj.

Vi hade en utmärkt vistelse men hade absolut höjts med vissa mindre punkter! - Lite sällskaps/brädspel i loungen. Något enkelt som en kortlek/3 i rad fattades. Obemannat större delen så det var lite svårt att få tag på snacks/dryck här. - Vårt rum var 10/10 men vi hade inga glas och det fattades skohorn. Pumparna i duschen funkade inte heller som de skulle så det var lite frustrerande att pumpa ca 50 ggr för lite shampoo😅 Små noteringar då helhets upplevelsen var toppen. - Spadelen var toppen, stora poolen var kanske lite för kall och det var obemannat alla gånger vi gick för att försöka på tag på lite tilltugg och dryck. Vi lyckades tyvärr inte tag på något och fick nöja oss med vatten. Fanns även en liten skål med frukt som inte fylldes på under våra 3 timmar där. -Maten var helt okej! Här får man kompromissa lite, maten ingick så har inte mage att klaga. Hade nog varit större besvikelse om jag hade fått betala extra. Men- helhetsupplevelsen var toppen. Personalen var behjälplig och supertrevliga. Vi hade en grym vistelse och vi skulle absolut vilja komma tillbaka 🌟
