We did arrive at night because a train delay. The hotel did give us 4 rooms, 3 of them were aceptable, but the last one was in another building, smelt as drainage, so we complained with the receptionist. He was rude, told us he can not do anything, and he just gave us a flovating can, insisting to open the window (the outside was around 30 ºF.
They told us to complained by the next morning, in order to give us an explication… obviously, did not happens.
