The property doesn’t communicate with the SPA staff. It would be nice if the front desk is aware of the SPA rules to inform the guests when they check in instead of one gets surprised by rules which require additional purchase. In addition, to the SPA staff are selective to who they want to enforce the rules to & who to ignore.

Located away from anything of interest. Calling it a spa hotel is a bit of a stretch, given it is full of noisy kids, screaming their lungs off till late at night and the bar-in-the-name-only does not even sell wine or beer, not to mention a ton of annoying regulations at the spa itself (pointless swimming caps, limited facilities in the 'family' area of the spa - or what in a normal spa would be, well, the normal area where you can enjoy yourself with your partner). The only redeeming feature really was the food, which was hugely varied and truly delicious.

- Nach der Begrüßung durch den Herrn draußen begann der Albtraum. Im Hotel wirkten die Mitarbeiter unmotiviert, arrogant und schauten die Gäste regelrecht herablassend an. Auf die berechtigte Frage, ob es neben dem gefährlichen Weg zum Hotel eine Alternative gibt, erhielten wir eine völlig unangemessene und schnippische Antwort: *„Ihr fahrt den Weg einmal, wir jeden Tag. Wenn es dir nicht passt, such dir einen Job vor deiner Haustür.“* Diese Einstellung zeigt, dass man hier offensichtlich das Konzept von Gastfreundlichkeit nicht versteht.

Otelde bir çok defa konakladık. Otel tamamen dolu olduğunda restoran ve genel alanlar ne yazık ki yetersiz oluyor. Havuzda şezlong bulmakta zorlanıyoruz. Konaklayacaksanız hafta sonu yerine hafta içi konaklamaları tercih edebilirsiniz. Onun dışında hizmet temizlik ve servis oldukça iyiydi. Sadece kalabalıktan dolayı serviste aksamalar vardı.
