En general buenas, algunos detalles como que la televisión es muy pequeña y no se ven todos los canales, ahora ya todos los hoteles tienen una cafetera en cortesía para preparar tu café en las mañanas, pero este no, pero en general está bien, un estacionamiento amplio, muy céntrico y la comida es así muy buena en restaurante

Bonito hotel en Cholula

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, es limpio y agradable. Nos hubiera gustado que la alberca fuera climatizada ya que elegimos este hotel para pasar un rato en la alberca y no pudimos entrar porque el agua estaba helada, también nos hubiera gustado tener un ventilador en la habitación ya que se encerraba el calor en la noche. Fuera de esos dos detalles, nos gustó mucho el hotel, está muy céntrico y fácil de llegar a los puntos de interés en Cholula y el personal siempre fue muy amable.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, if a bit squeaky. Bedding was clean. No A/C so it was a bit warm but there was a fan. Lobby was nice and had guest bathrooms. I bit far to walk to the city core, but a quick uber ride. City bus stop right outside hotel entrance.

El hotel en sinones malo, pero se pasan mucho los ruidos, nos quedamos dos noches, la primera hubo una fiesta en el salón de eventos, entiendo que algunos invitados se quedaron a dormir en el hotel, pues eran las 3 am y había gritos por los pasillos, niños azotando puertas, gritos en el jardín, etc. Y a eso de las 8 am pusieron una bocina en el restaurant a un volumen algo fuerte, junto a eso las camas eran algo incómodas, el personal del hotel eso si muy amable todo el tiempo
