The location was amazing for getting around Montreal without a car. Right across the street from a Metro station, with tons of options for food in the terminal, and even more just a short walk or ride away.
We visited during the fireworks, and were able to watch from the parking lot.
The in-hotel breakfast option was pricey for what it was, so we only ate there the first morning. Other mornings we picked up from Tim Hortons across the street (but you may get some attitude from at least one Tim’s employee if you don’t speak French.)
Our family of four slept comfortably in the King + Sofabed room, and appreciated that we could hang out in the room before or after the day’s activities without being confined to hanging on a bed.
The pool was a little run down and the water murky, but the kids really enjoyed it.
We also had an issue with the elevators during our trip. Often, only one of the two was working, and it would take two or three times before an elevator would arrive with room for us.
All this considered, I would book this hotel again for my next trip to Montreal!
