A welcome respite

It was midnight and we were so exhausted but couldn’t find a decent option at Niagara Falls Canada. Hotels.com found this for us and we so pleased by the nicely appointed kitchen, spacious suite and comfortable beds. Although our time there was short it was just what we needed.

Fantastic hotel looks brand new

Family of 5 had a fantastic two night stay! 5 min drive to Clifton Hill. Ample parking. Rooms very modern and comfortable! Breakfast was included and was decent. Service was very responsive. Kids enjoyed the pool, wasn't very big but area and pool were clean. Would highly recommend.

Right on the main bus line!

The whole hotel looked new, up to date, and clean. Not a lot of food options around hotel, but it is directly on the WEGO bus line and with the adventure pass for all of the main attractions, you can ride an unlimited number of times during your stay.

I loved my room very spacious and welcoming. The staff was very nice and assisted me with any questions. The area was quite and next to the White Water Walk. Less than a 15 minute drive to Clifton Hill tourist attraction. There is a fee for parking but it's not much. I would recommend for a solo or a family stay.

The hotel was brand new and we stayed on its opening night. The rooms were spacious and clean. But the internet and cable tv did. It work. There was also a surprise parking fee per night that was not advertised on the cite

Our room was great. Very clean and perfect for our family of 4. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Like most hotels that we have stayed in, the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable so i would suggest bringing your own. We did ask the front desk for a couple more pillows and they brought them to our room right away. I would say our only complaint is that you get charged for parking in the lot at the hotel. Coming from the US, that is not something we have ever had to do while staying at a hotel. Parking is free for guests. Overall we had a good experience though!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a polite and smiling front desk associate—her name was Arathy, if I remember correctly—who made check-in smooth and pleasant. Later that evening, when we returned to the hotel, another team member welcomed us with a warm smile that truly made us feel like we were coming home. It’s that kind of consistent hospitality that keeps us coming back to Marriott. Thank you for making our stay memorable once again!
