"This is a lovely hotel and jungle resort. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the grounds are a well kept garden. I had a warm breakfast and lots of assistance with my travel plans. I felt very happy staying here and enjoyed all this place has to offer. Perfect location in town as well and along the river. There was a rhino taking a mud bath just a short wak away "

"Good place to stay for your safari vacation - nice and quiet.
The staff was overall friendly, but some off the staff were not so welcoming or good at giving information - maybe just shy. Like when we checked in, there was no "welcome" or small talk, and no info on breakfast time or that you had to leave your key to get the room cleaned. The service was very good, we got our breakfast and packed lunch in time and a ride to the bus stop when we were leaving.
Would stay here again if I ever go...

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren o.k., aber etwas kleiner auf den Fotos und ohne Schrank. Das Frühstück war lecker (nepalesisches Buffet, aber auch Toast etc.).
Gestört hat uns aber die Lüftung im Zimmer. Sie war sehr laut und konnte nicht abgeschaltet werden. Dadurch konnte ich auch mit Oropax kaum schlafen"

"Not too exciting, there was no one at reception or to help with the luggage when we arrive. Staff not too excited to serve guests. Our driver and guide had issues with their accommodation, they were asked to pay for that. Nothing much to see in surrounding as well. "

"The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. ...

Están renovando la recepción, pero las instalaciones son correctas; habitación limpia con ventilador, pero si quieres aire acondicionado cobran un adicional, pues para ellos es costoso. Desde allí se pueden contratar excursiones para el parque"
