"Easy checkin, clean room, great staff. Location is across the street from USJ, part of the CityWalk. Train station is just outside the hotel, next to CityWalk."

"Staff did not clean room properly, no replacement of lotion and empty bottles. Small rooms. The dark shades were not very dark. Greta view though. The staff here is arrogant and rude overall. The onsen is really nice upstairs. The buffet is terrible. They serve same food they did for dinner next day for lunch. Overall it’s an expensive hotel and supposed to be five stars but it felt more like 3 stars. I wouldn’t recommend, not worth the value. "

"Nice, clean hotel with cozy rooms by the river. Staff is very friendly,helpful and accomodating. Easy access to shopping, Osaka metro. There is a hotel shuttle from Shin Osaka. Highly recommended. "

"My room was supposed to be 25sqm but didn't feel like it was that big, and definitely did not look like in the photos. Also, housekeeping just dumped our pajamas on the bed in a pile, never bothered to fold or hang them up. On my first day, I had actually already folded up our PJs neatly and left on the bed, when I came back they were jumbled together in a mess. I've honestly never encountered such housekeeping before. Also, hotel is not as close to the JR station as everybody else claims. It is actually a building behind the Yodabashi shopping center, which is across the road from the JR station. Walking on the Linkway took 10min, not 5min, with a very young child, took us 15min each way every day. The airport limo bus stops at the hotel during certain hours when you are arriving from the airport. But to depart to the airport, you will have to board from a different station which is 5minutes walk away."

"Great Hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, friendly staff and geat location from USJ, one train stop away. The train station is across the street from the hotel so very easy access. The amenities were really nice: Onsen was so nice and relaxing. We also did some laundry and tried the massage chairs as well. Great views from restaurants and observing deck. Would stay there again for sure! The rooms were large and we had 4 twin beds perfect for kids and adult alone sleeping!"

"A very comfortable condo style stay at the RISE Osaka Bayside. The suite is so modern and the check-in and check-out processes were a breeze. Their breakfast is also top notch, even their boxed breakfast for early goers/risers was very delicious! Highly recommend also if your stay in Osaka includes a visit to the Universal Studio as the hotel is just one train station away from USJ and is also a walkable distance to it."
