"The staff were Brilliant. We were given what could be described as a standard room when we arrived. When we showed reception picture of room which was booked they changed room to room on picture immediately. It was mentioned that it should not have been advertised as a superior room. Hotel was perfect for a warm , quiet welcome after a day walking. Staff were fantastic. "

"Really beautiful place both the hotel and the location. Staff were all very nice, polite snd helpful which made the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was breakfast, the qaulity of the produce was excellant as i'm guessing was the standard of the breakfast if you were there at the start. I guess part of the problem was our own doing because we decided on a late breakfast towards the end of service, so we found the hot food gad now gone cold. This shouldn't happen so maybe look into...

"We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at the Crown Inn. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was on the small side but it was well equipped and very clean, with a comfy bed too. The ensuite was perfect.
