"Greatbin every way"

"Empty toilet roll in holder but apart from that everything was good and clean. Nice room with plenty of space. Aircon was not working it would not turn on. Safe in room is a nice touch, but sadly no fridge. Shame really as the room deserves one. Nice quality black out curtains. Staff are excellent! Overall for the price i paid it was well worth the money. I have stayed many times and will be back soon. "

"Booked 3rd bed had brown stain on mattress cover . Booked breakfast but discovered only one voucher for myself and two children. Minimal information given as to how to use voucher ."

"Room was a good size. Just disappointed that despite a booking for 2 adults, 2 children. Only 1 set of towels provided and coffee/cups for 2. Requested more towels and was meant to have enough per person but only 2 more brought. Kids had to share. Heating is also an issue as visiting family so only came back to room at 9.30pm. Couldn’t leave heating on so was very cold with the wind arriving back and having to insert key card to make heating work. A rubbish system. Glad it wasn’t any colder. Place wa fine but sadly these bits made it not so comfy. "

"Reception staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel. Blossoms bar and restaurant - under staffed and underwhelming. No lift working and we were on 3rd floor. "

"Amble parking near the venue. Unfortunately, no restaurant or leisure centre as advertised. We hope they are able to reopen these soon."

"The food was fantastic, very nicely presented and good choices for all appetites. Wish I lived nearer, then I would be able to “eat “ my way through the menu ."
