Old cute hotel that is quaint. Staff was helpful and even provided us with eclipse glasses to watch the solar eclipse. Hotel is old so windows don’t insulate sound well. Floors are rickety and it’s easy to hear people in the hallway. Otherwise, beds were good and decent. Price was high likely due to solar eclipse frenzy.
Exceptional stay. Staff was delightful to interact with, very helpful and friendly. Room was super clean. The property is optimally located in proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Great stay! Thanks!
The hotel is close to the harbour area. Has onsite parking (suitable for smaller cars), The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast while not extensive in range, has a good mix of cereals, yogurt, fruit, hot food, pastries, juices, coffee and tea and is very cheap compared to other hotels. This is a great place from which to explore the town and I would thoroughly recommend it.
Old traditional style quiet hotel. 1 hour walk to San Lorenzo beach, but others much closer. Ideal for cycling and walking. Uber app works with local taxi and uber. The staff are predominantly Spanish speaking, however a small effort and they try as did we. The night staff member was lovely. Free breakfast in the Cafeteria, and good Spanish cuisine. Local restaurants from 5-15 minute walk. If you come out the front and and walk away from the hotel along the cliff there is a beach...
Great Location to everything. Would be hard to find a better value with a great location like this. Staff was friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.
Lovely hotel, very quiet considering location. Easy to walk into the city and use as a base. You pay extra for parking though, but it's very reasonable.
This hotel was simply understaffed. One waiter/waitress at breakfast, some days with help from the receptionist. Some waiting staff were abrupt, but there were some exceptions. You have to choose a specific time for breakfast & dinner, presumably so the staff can cope. We found this very limiting. I don’t like having to set an alarm on holiday.
Otherwise, it was large room, with very comfortable beds and excellent WiFi. Parking is a bit limited and we usually found a space.
The room is spacious. The bathroom needs some updates. The location is great, close to the beach, old town, carefour express Mercado. Parking garage is 4-5 minutes walk. Two day parking costs 47.5 euro. We enjoyed a nearby sushi restaurant Samo which is all you can eat for 23.99 per person.
