"Everything was good, except smelly hot tub next to the swimming pool. The pool was to be closed 3 days later for a month of maintenance. Buffet breakfast excellent. Restaurant meal was good in the evening. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds. Coffee pod machines did not work, but they were happy to give us a kettle."

"Very old hotel. Not updated since 90s I would guess. Staff are procedure based, strictly no access to rooms before 3 and even then my room was not available "

"Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not so much weekdays. Had a pretty good massage and facial and sauna and swim. 6 day visit was mixed with other hits and misses."

They truly made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and there are an adequate amount of variety to choose from. The service was outstanding, and it was clear that the team works hard to ensure guests have a great experience.
