"The building and atmosphere have a very strong culture-featured taste, the Mountain View is gorgeous and sitting at the balcony you can even hear the concert at the village center. The dinner is great, the wine (both red and white) worth tasting. My 2 year old son really enjoyed the transparent elevator ride. The stuff are nice and friendly. It’s a short drive to the glaciers area."

"This hotel (and town) exceeded all my expectations! Very friendly and helpful staff, the spa area was clean and lovely, and my room was very comfortable and spacious. And the dinner, oh my goodness. I booked halfboard just to have an easy, simple dinner after a long day of hiking. I was served a full meal in a beautiful restaurant, and everything was delicious.
I stayed for one night, but it was a shame to leave, I would have enjoyed staying longer and exploring the area further. "

Dalen med omkringliggende gårdsbruk, skoger og fjell byr på et stort antall fine vandreruter av varierende lengde og vanskelighetsgrad. Hotel Alte Post ligger sentralt i landsbyen Grossarl, og gir derfor muligheter til små spaserturer i den trivelige landsbyen, og til å gjøre småinnkjøp . Hotellet har en hyggelig atmosfære, dels...

"I only stayed one night, but this was one of the best hotel experiences ever. The staff gave me ice for a sore back after driving a lot. They also walked around and chatted with the hotel guest at dinner and were all around super amazing! They even put out a paper with today’s weather at each guest’s breakfast table…The hotel view is also spectacular! "
