"Breakfast was good, but the location was inconvenient since it is a 10- to 15-minute uphill walk. The hotel building is very old, and all the room fixtures—especially in the bathroom—are outdated. The hot water control did not work well. Additionally, the kitchen staff was unhelpful when we requested ice, and the lady in the breakfast area was rude when I couldn't figure out the coffee machine and it accidentally spilled."
