"The staff was wonderful. Saul was very helpful each time I needed help. His attitude was excellent. With the language barrier, he helped me directions and ordering a shared ride. Another staffer (Eve or Evelyn??; can’t remember the exact name). She helped me check in and answered all my questions with a very positive attitude. The place was clean and well equipped. "Outstanding hotel and location in Mexico City. Breakfast is made to order and included with the stay along with a cafe where you order anything on the menu and there is no charge. You only pay for wine and speciality beers. We highly recommend the free walking tour around the historic area"

"Clean, modern, high-rise hotel with glass elevator. Standard room with very standard amenities and a very firm bed. 5-10 minute walk to el Monumento de la Revolucion. Favorite feature was the rooftop pool, which was heated, so it could be enjoyed even on cool evenings. Discovered a nice neighborhood across el Paseo de la Reforma, with good restaurants. "
