"The area is quiet. Our bedroom is clean. Refreshments is always available, you just need to ask the receptionist. Special mention to Hash and Mariam who has been very supportive in our stay, from giving us directions about the area and which app to use for booking transports. They are very accommodating. The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!"
