"The staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service.
The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!"

"We booked for 2 nights and during our first night the A/C unit started making a loud noise. That next morning I politely notified the front desk and they apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded us to a beautiful suite for our second night. What a fantastic location to the airport and the staff are wonderful. Stayed here many times over the last 15 years and will continue to book my future stays at this location. "

The train tracks are right behind the hotel, and for some reason, the trains would blow their horns loudly in the middle of the night. I stayed for two nights, and it happened both nights. "We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner.
