"The staff was so nice and professional.The breakfast had everything you could want. Hot options fresh made omlettes plus breads fruit and yougart. The rooms are basic but clean, and very comfy beds. You can tell the property is loved and maintained even though it is older. The location is walkable to many restaurants and to downtown. It felt safe. I would stay here again. Good value. "

"Very basic but we knew it would be re cost . Reviews we're right the bed was very comfortable as that was the most important thing for us . Bus stop very close to get us to Broadway which was handy when we didn't want to walk"

"The staff was very friendly especially the kitchen staff. Very kind people. The room was nice but does have the world’s smallest bathroom. I have had bigger bathrooms in New York City or on cruise ships. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. I was surprised at how good the breakfast was so thank you for that! We did go down for late night snacks to find they didn’t have any snacks that we liked which I found unusual. Overall decent stay and will do fine for short stays."

"Very clean and spacious room. Property isn't really walking distance to much, I was told by a few Uber drivers (unprompted) that the area was not safe to walk around during the day and especially not at night. Uber ride into downtown is typically $15-45 depending on time/day, surge pricing is def in effect during prime weekend hours. Concierge is strictly via the app and it was fairly quick and responsive. Having a laundry W&D in the unit was amazing, def a luxury compared to your standard hotel room. We did not take advantage of the pool, the weather did not cooperate during our stay unfortunately. Would I stay @ Kasa again? Maybe. I think I'd prefer to pay a bit more to be in the downtown and walk, while saving on Uber costs and having the ability to wander and explore."

"Horrible experience for $600 per night. We are locals and were there to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday with friends. We got to the room at 9pm after downtown dancing and headed to the pool which we were abruptly turned away from stating it was closed due to a private event. Then I argued that we were not informed of this on the multiple occasions I spoke with staff about the pool opening hours. She then stated she did not work for the hotel but for the event. Then claimed she went to ask her manager and came back stating it was closed for weather. There was no weather going on at that time. I argued this and she stated that’s all she knew. I went to the lobby to get a hotel manager who then immediately stated he was the manager from the San Antonio location so knew nothing about the Nashville location but that he imagined it was because people get drunk downtown then come back to the hotel wanting to swim and it’s a liability for them. I argued this was the only reason I booked this hotel and paid that kind of money when I live 20 minutes away. He was unwilling to do anything. The next morning I went to the front desk to complain and a lady named Robyn gave me her business card and asked me to email her and she would per my request grant us a day pass to the pool for a later date as my daughters friends could not stay that day. So 2 days later I emailed her and it has now been a week with no response. These people do not care about satisfaction. Stay elsewhere!"
