Location is very good, it is walking distance to all sites. And a GREAT pizza restaurant next door. Nice pizza guy, but no English. Great Pizza.
Bus 105 takes guests from Interlaken West train station to within a few steps of this charming hotel. The staff were personal and professional. The location was small town charm. The building is classic Switzerland. The buffet breakfast was among the best we've experienced and in a very charming room. They offer a free transportation pass for the immediate Interlaken area. The view from our room was spectacular. This is the best value we have found in the Interlaken area.
This Hotel is older and keeps with style of the area, but it is very clean, the beds are comfortable and it is only a 2 min walk to the rail station. Please note they do not have an elevator so you do have to use stairs but the staff are very willing to carry your luggage up for you. It comes with a nice breakfast and the restaurant is also a good choice for dinner. The view from our room was breathtaking and we enjoyed the cool air and the beautiful garden in the back. I can’t say enough about...
Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.
I would give Edelweiss 1000 stars if that were an option. I almost hesitate to write this for fear of spoiling what feels like such a precious, tucked away gem. Tom and the staff are so knowledgeable about area hiking options and how to avoid crowded tourist points; the chef’s bbq was the BEST pork I’ve ever had in my life, and they turned me on to the DELICIOUS elderflower laced hugo spritz. Having Mannlichen as our “mountain” allowed for spectacularly beautiful and easy access to so many...
The staff was wonderful and helpful and the room was adequate. Breakfast was great and you won't forget the view. Pool was nice. Be careful with the hotel restaurant...it's a bit pricey. The town of Murren doesn't allow cars and it's a bit of ordeal to get to but it's charming. The town is dead after dark (at least in September)
Gorgeous property that’s newly renovated and serene. Very convenient to the Grindelwald First lift and on a quieter end of town near a lovely church. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Paradise.
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Eden! It is a beautiful property, amazing views and the perfect couples retreat! We arrived a little early by train (we took the Golden Pass train from Montreux which was also a highlight) and so we enjoyed the spa and a private pool until our room was ready. The deluxe room was spacious with gorgeous views and very comfortable! The breakfasts were lovely and we really enjoyed evening cocktails on the patio if the restaurant. First time to Switzerland for my gf. We wanted to hike around the area and enjoy small mountain town experience. We chose the Gletschergarten based upon other customer reviews. Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located.

Very nice comfortable and newly furnished hotel. Comfortable beds. With air conditioning. Rooms are relatively small, but cozy. Views are great. There is no free Spa access. Dani at the Reception was super helpful and kind and made the stay more enjoyable. We appreciated his input and tips very much. The Japanese restaurant was also really great with good value and excellent food. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. All in all an unforgettable stay!
