Carolina Beach is a very nice area, and, generally a fun beach with lots of beach activities, and a fun, beach atmosphere. However, I could find no high-end accommodations or dining. Also, I was unable to find a restaurant that took reservations.

I've always felt much safer at Carolina beach than any other beach. Just the atmosphere gives you the family type vibe. I've raised my children on that beach on vacations. My oldest is 28.

We love Carolina Beach, especially off season! You can enjoy restaurants, shopping or go to visit sites and other close beaches, or just sit on the sand and watch the waves!!!!

The off season is definitely the time to come if you want a relaxing stay. The summer season it's crowded and the town gets rowdy.

We love it, although, it's starting to get more commercial and we heard that the Sea Witch will be knocked down after next summer (2025) so that is super sad. CB will lose its alure if they keep knocking down cute smaller motels for high rises.

It was memorial day weekend so the beach was packed, I come from Florida so I was not used to that, but one thing I loved was there was no rowdiness no trouble, just people enjoying the water and sun. Everyone was respectable

"We stayed in a single king room, they provided towels, sheets, a microwave, keurig, and a smal refrigerator. Staff was helpful when needed. It was close enough to walk to the boardwalk. We would stay there again!"
"Overall property was nice. Outdated but you're hardly ever there so it doesn't really matter anway. We couldn't "see" the ocean feom our room (104) but it was ocean accessible. Would definitely stay again. "
