Learn more about Fenwick Island
Between the Atlantic Ocean and Little Assawoman Bay sits this sliver of coastal paradise where the lighthouse has guided mariners since 1859. The pristine beach invites long walks without the crowds of nearby Ocean City. Thunder Lagoon Waterpark offers splashy fun when sand castles lose their appeal. Maritime history buffs shouldn't miss the DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, where recovered treasures tell tales of the treacherous Atlantic. Kayaking the bay reveals a tranquil side to beach life that high-rise-free Fenwick deliberately preserves. After sunset, coastal restaurants serve fresh catches in unpretentious settings. The town's commitment to remaining 'The Quiet Resort' makes this the perfect antidote to Ocean City's carnival atmosphere just across the state line.

Princess Bayside Beach Hotel
"The rooms were okay, but the furniture could definitely use some updating. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the hallways were clean and well-maintained. The room was okay the sofa bed had a huge stain no sheets or pillows or blankets for the sofa bed I called downstairs to get extra blankets and sheets to use for the sofa bed, and no one never came. Snack and soda machine near the room. my Favorite was the private beach in the back of the hotel small but not to crowded with people water bottles are also a dollar at the kayak rental behind the hotel not too many beach chairs in the back to sit overall I gave it a six out of ten."
Fenwick Inn
"Overall, the hotel was good, and there was plenty of parking available. However, since we stayed in a pet-friendly room, the cleanliness of the hallways and the room could have been better. When we first entered the room, we noticed a significant amount of pet hair from the previous guest, especially in the corners of the room. On the positive side, the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast area was quite disappointing. It looked very different from the pictures online and felt more like a college cafeteria than a comfortable hotel breakfast area. The space was not particularly inviting or pleasant for enjoying breakfast. Overall, the hotel was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and the breakfast area."
Beach Boutique Hotel
"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. Clean rooms. Next to DART beach bus making it convenient to just walk over."
Castle in the Sand
"Fun place, old school with real room keys."
Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center
"Well the hotel itself was nice! The pool was beautiful and much needed. But our room, the air conditioning pretty much stopped working properly! The first night the maintenance was able to get a fan to help make it cooler. The next afternoon it started becoming unbearable (92 degrees). Tried a bigger fan but to no avail, it was horribly hot!!!! We did get to switch rooms at 1030 pm. We would had left that night and asked for a refund of some sort if not! I hope no one gets stuck with that room until they correct the problem!!!!"
Henlopen Oceanfront Hotel
"You're paying for the view, and the privilege of walking up to the ocean. Great location, rooms are decent, AC could be upgraded. Would come back again. Some of those 1 star reviews are an exaggeration. I came in loaded w linens, towels, and toiletries, in case they weren't provided. So glad it was not the case, hotel provided everything we needed. Cleaning staff does an amazing job, considering all the SAND. Its a well run property with plenty of charm."
Plim Plaza Hotel
"Love the staff, love the pool bar with food & the restaurant at the bottom. Love the location. You can just walk out the hotel to the boardwalk or the beach"
Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach
"The room was clean, staff were friendly, love the breakfast!"
The Shore House
