Learn more about Concord
Follow the footsteps of literary giants at Orchard House, where Louisa May Alcott penned 'Little Women' amid period furnishings that transport visitors to the 1800s. At Walden Pond, the spirit of Thoreau lingers along shoreline trails that inspired his transcendentalist musings. The Old North Bridge stands as a humble monument to American independence, where colonial militia faced British regulars in 1775. Sleepy Hollow Cemetery houses Author's Ridge, final resting place of Emerson, Thoreau, and the Alcotts. The Concord Museum displays treasures including Thoreau's desk and Revolutionary War artifacts. After historical wanderings, refuel at one of the charming Main Street cafés where locals debate which author best captured the town's enduring spirit.

Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston
"Stay was quite nice! Parking garage is a short walk from hotel but large discount is provided for parking. Check in was very easy and room was nice. There were slight imperfections like damaged headboard, marked up bathroom mirror, and tv did not work for us. But for overnight was very acceptable."

"Grwat area for walking. Close to HopOn-HopOff bus. Breakfast is a muffin, orange juice and maybe a piece of fruit. Would have liked a bit larger selection."
